also helps fight foul breath like cheese, peanut, celery and carrot.
9. Eating less meat and more

fresh raw vegetables and fruits such as parsley, celery, carrot apple &
pear. Parsley is effective because it contains chlorophyll, chemical found in
plants that is a natural breath freshener.
10. Eat food rich in fiber to fight constipation. Your body absorbs a large amount of bacteria from a meat-laden diet.
